1. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied.
- The request must be made within 7 days of payment.
- The paid content must not be significantly accessed.
- A valid reason must be provided.
2. Refund Conditions
- Refund applies only to the paid portion of the course.
- No refund if more than 50% of content is accessed.
- No refund if downloadable materials are used.
- Request must include Order ID and registered email.
3. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 2–3 working days.
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Bank processing time may vary.
Once processed, delays from banks or payment providers are beyond our control.
